My Journey-

When I entered the financial services profession in 1992, I thought I was helping people develop a financial plan and manage investments. Over the years, I discovered that while I do enjoy the financial planning and investing, what I really enjoy is helping people navigate life.

Behind every financial plan and portfolio is a story. Some clients are preparing for retirement after decades of hard work. Others are experiencing major life transitions, caring for aging parents, grieving the loss of a spouse, or wondering if they will have enough to accomplish the things that matter most to them. These are just a few stories I have experienced among many others over the years.

What I appreciate most about this profession is the relationships. I have had the privilege of serving many individuals and families for decades and, in some cases, helping multiple generations pursue their goals. Watching clients retire with confidence, spend more time with family, travel, serve others, and enjoy the fruits of years of discipline is one of the most rewarding aspects of my work.

I've learned that financial planning is about much more than numbers. It's about listening, understanding what matters most to each person, and helping bring clarity and confidence to important decisions.

After more than thirty years, I still love what I do. I consider it a privilege to walk alongside clients through both joyful and difficult seasons of life and to help them pursue lives of purpose, generosity, and confidence.

As I look ahead, I remain excited about the years to come and anticipate continuing to serve clients for at least another decade. Equally rewarding to me is helping mentor the younger members of our team as they grow into valued advisors in their own right. One of my goals is to ensure that the values of integrity, service, and genuine care that have guided our practice for more than three decades continue well into the future. It is gratifying to know that the relationships we have built and the principles we cherish will continue to bless clients and their families for generations to come.

When I'm away from the office, I enjoy spending time with my wife, Mary, and 3 children (Mallory, Mason and Meg), our extended family , traveling, staying active, and serving in my church and community.

I feel blessed to have found a profession that allows me to combine meaningful relationships with work that I truly enjoy.
